Patrick Meraz, CCIM

Patrick is responsible for the acquisition and disposition of investment properties for individual and institutional investors.
Since beginning his commercial real estate career with San Francisco-based Wolfe Commercial in 1999 and later joining Kansas City-based Zimmer Real Estate Services in 2003, he has participated in over $85 million in commercial real estate transactions in the San Francisco area and Midwest region.
Patrick has continually exceeded clients' and investors' expectations by determining the appropriate steps to systematically achieve the best possible results. He learned quickly that the unsettled marketplace during the dot-com revolution in San Francisco required an innovative approach to commercial real estate. Patrick has a strong track record as an intelligent, strategic and creative dealmaker with sound moral business judgment. He has a thorough grasp of real estate fundamentals, experience in financial analysis, understanding of legal implications and intensive, strategic negotiating skills.
Presently, Patrick is involved in several local community organizations, including Kansas City, Missouri Rotary (Club 13), a board member of the Christian Business Men's Committee, and a committee member of the CCIM Candidates Guidance Committee.
