Nathan Anderson, SIOR, CCIM

Nathan Anderson is a principal and the Director of Brokerage for Harbinger Property Group. He specializes in industrial properties, investment sales and land dispositions.

Since 1995, Nathan has participated in the sales and leasing of over $90 million in commercial real estate around Kansas City. In 2005, he was named the 'Commercial Salesperson of the Year' by the Kansas City Regional Association of Realtors. Nathan was named by Ingram's Magazine as one of its '40-Under-40' in Kansas City business in 2007.

Nathan has earned his SIOR designation and his CCIM designation, serving as the President of the local CCIM chapter in 2003 and helping it grow to one of the strongest in the country.

Nathan volunteers his time at City Union Mission, an inner-city ministry to the poor and homeless in Downtown Kansas City, where he has served on their Board of Directors since 2003.

He graduated from the University of Kansas as a Phi Beta Kappa, having earned his bachelor's of science degree in Sales & Marketing from the School of Journalism. Nathan is a lifetime resident of Kansas City and lives in the old Leawood area with his wife and family.
